Are units available furnished or unfurnished?

We offer a combination of both furnished and unfurnished units.

All units include a modern kitchen with dishwasher and conventional oven as well as an internal laundry and reverse cycle air conditioning. Built in wardrobes and ceiling fans are featured in all bedrooms.

Furnished units include all bedding, linen, towels, crockery, and necessary cleaning equipment. As well, washing machines and drying rack/ lines are provided for your convenience.

What is the minimum rental timeframe?

Unfurnished units require a minimum 6-month lease. Enquiries should be directed to Ray White Goondiwindi. Furnished units are available for shorter term stays. For enquiries, please contact us direct to discuss your requirements.

Is there an outside area available to use?

Units are surrounded by an inviting garden for residents to enjoy. The garden is professionally maintained weekly which is included in your rental fees. All units are centrally located in the heart of Goondiwindi. They are within a 10-minute walk to the river, local pool and lush town park.

Are pets allowed?

With a communal style garden, our units are not suitable for pets.

Do units have secure off street parking?

All units come with one allocated car park for secure off-street parking. Visitors are required to use on street parking at the front of each building.
