OUR STORY
JLR Property Co. is the brainchild of Founder and Property Manager, Jade Williamson, a passionate advocate for both the beauty of interiors and the creative potential of Regional Australia. Jade's personal journey, marked by extensive global travels and corporate roles, uniquely positioned her to understand the challenges of renting and shared housing. Having moved residences in various countries multiple times, she intimately grasped the expense and hassle of setting
up a new home with each adventure.

At JLR Property Co., we're on a mission to attract young professionals to regional areas like Goondiwindi, offering them a seamless transition to work, live, and play. We firmly believe that by providing sophisticated and inspired living spaces in regional settings, we can significantly enhance our region's ability to attract and retain the vital skills and talents our community needs to thrive.
Our Properties
JLR Property Co’s journey began with Riverwalk Cottage, a luxurious 3-bedroom Airbnb by the river.
Due to increasing demand for regional housing, our collection expanded to include The Palmview - a luxury apartment building featuring four 2-bedroom units in the heart of the CBD.
We're not stopping there – we're excited to introduce Marshall Lodge, a superbly located apartment building offering an additional eight 2-bedroom units to our thriving local area.
